Example Commands

Not sure what to type? Here are real examples of things you can say to the AI assistant. You don’t need to match these word-for-word — the AI understands natural language, so use whatever phrasing feels comfortable.

  • “Find my tax documents”
  • “Show me all the PDFs I uploaded this month”
  • “What files did I upload this week?”
  • “Find photos from last summer”
  • “Do I have a file called quarterly-report?”
  • “Share the vacation photos with a password”
  • “Create a download link for my presentation that expires tomorrow”
  • “Who has access to the project folder?”
  • “Make a share link for budget.xlsx that allows 10 downloads”
  • “Share this folder with my team”
  • “Move all PDFs to the Documents folder”
  • “Rename the budget file to Budget-2026”
  • “Delete everything in my trash”
  • “Create a new folder called Receipts”
  • “How much storage am I using?”
  • “Show me my most downloaded files”
  • “How many downloads did my shared files get?”
  • “What’s taking up the most space in my account?”
  • “What’s my current plan?”
  • “Show my earnings this month”
  • “How many team members do I have?”
  • “Create a team called Marketing”
  • “Block user spammer123”
  • “Who’s on my team?”
  • Be specific when you can. “Find my 2025 tax return PDF” is easier for the AI to handle than “find a file.”
  • You can chain requests. After the AI finds a file, you can say “now share it with a password” without repeating the file name.
  • Ask follow-up questions. If the AI shows your storage usage, you can ask “which folder is the biggest?” right after.
  • Plain language works best. You don’t need to sound robotic. Just type like you’re talking to someone who knows your files well.
  • It’s okay to experiment. If the AI doesn’t understand something, just rephrase it. There’s no penalty for trying.
