Creator Dashboard
If you’re a creator or partner on GolemDrive, the Creator Dashboard is where you go to see how your content is performing. It pulls together all your earnings, download stats, subscriber info, and payout history into one place.
How to access it
Section titled “How to access it”Click Creator in the sidebar. If you don’t see it, make sure you’ve enabled creator mode — you become a creator automatically once you start sharing files publicly and reach the download threshold.
What you’ll see
Section titled “What you’ll see”The Creator Dashboard is organized into several sections, all visible from the main view:
Earnings overview
Section titled “Earnings overview”Right at the top, you’ll find your key numbers:
- Total earned — your all-time earnings on GolemDrive
- This month — what you’ve earned so far in the current billing period
- Pending — earnings that have been calculated but not yet paid out
- Paid out — total amount that’s been sent to your withdrawal method
Download chart
Section titled “Download chart”A visual chart showing your download trends over time. You can switch between:
- Daily — see day-by-day download counts
- Weekly — a smoothed-out weekly view
- Monthly — the big picture, month over month
- Yearly — long-term trends
The chart updates in real time as downloads come in.
Top files
Section titled “Top files”A ranked list of your most downloaded files. This helps you understand what content resonates with your audience. Each entry shows:
- File name
- Total downloads
- Earnings from that file
- Current trend (up or down compared to the previous period)
Subscriber list
Section titled “Subscriber list”If you offer subscription plans, this section shows everyone who’s subscribed:
- Subscriber name
- Which plan they’re on
- When they joined
- Their current status (active, cancelled, expired)
Tip history
Section titled “Tip history”A log of recent tips you’ve received from other users. Each entry shows who tipped you, how much, and when. Tips are a nice bonus on top of your download earnings.
Withdrawal requests
Section titled “Withdrawal requests”Track the status of your payout requests:
- Pending — your request has been submitted and is being processed
- Completed — the payout has been sent to your withdrawal method
Filtering by period
Section titled “Filtering by period”At the top of the dashboard, you’ll find a period selector. Use it to filter all the data on the page by:
- Today
- This week
- This month
- This year
- Custom range — pick any start and end date
The earnings overview, download chart, and top files all update to reflect the selected period.
Exporting your data
Section titled “Exporting your data”Need your earnings data in a spreadsheet? Click the Export button at the top of the Creator Dashboard. You can download your earnings, download history, and subscriber data as a file for your own records, tax reporting, or analysis.
