This is the best way to get help with account issues, billing questions, technical problems, or anything else.
What to include in your email:
- The email address on your GolemDrive account
- A description of the issue — what happened, what you expected to happen, and any error messages you saw
- Screenshots if possible — they help us understand the problem much faster
Response time: We typically reply within 1-2 business days.
Security issues

If you’ve found a security vulnerability, potential data exposure, or anything that could affect the safety of user data, please report it to our security email. We take every report seriously and will respond as quickly as possible.
Please include as much detail as you can — steps to reproduce, affected URLs, and any relevant screenshots or logs.

Support ticket portal

Before you email
Section titled “Before you email”Most questions are already answered in these docs. Here are a few things to try first:
- Use the search bar at the top of this page — type your question and see if there’s a guide for it
- Check the Troubleshooting page for quick fixes to common problems
- Ask the AI assistant in your GolemDrive dashboard — log in, open the Chat page, and type your question. The AI knows your account details and can often resolve issues instantly
- Browse the FAQ for answers to the most common questions
These self-service options are available 24/7 and often faster than waiting for an email reply.
