Portal Plans & Pricing
GolemDrive offers several plans depending on how much storage and which features you need. You can view all available plans at /pricing on the portal.
Available plans
Section titled “Available plans”- 50 GB of storage
- Basic features including encryption, file preview, sharing, AI assistant, and search
- A great starting point for personal use
Professional — $9.99/month
Section titled “Professional — $9.99/month”- 1 TB of storage
- Faster download speeds
- Longer share link expiry times
- Everything in the Free plan, plus more room to grow
Premium — $19.99/month
Section titled “Premium — $19.99/month”- 2.5 TB of storage
- Best suited for creators who share files regularly
- All Professional features included
Max — $29.99/month
Section titled “Max — $29.99/month”- 7.5 TB of storage
- The highest tier with maximum storage and all available features
- Everything in Premium, with the most generous limits
What every plan includes
Section titled “What every plan includes”No matter which plan you choose, you always get:
- End-to-end encryption for all your files
- File preview in the browser
- Sharing with password protection, expiry dates, and download limits
- AI assistant to help you manage your files
- Search across your files and the public portal
Monthly vs. yearly billing
Section titled “Monthly vs. yearly billing”On the pricing page, you can toggle between Monthly and Yearly billing. Choosing yearly billing saves you approximately 17% compared to paying month by month.
How to subscribe
Section titled “How to subscribe”Step 1: Go to the pricing page
Section titled “Step 1: Go to the pricing page”Visit /pricing on the portal, or click the pricing link in the navigation menu.
Step 2: Choose your billing cycle
Section titled “Step 2: Choose your billing cycle”Use the toggle at the top of the page to pick Monthly or Yearly.
Step 3: Pick your plan
Section titled “Step 3: Pick your plan”Click the Get Started button on the plan you want.
Step 4: Complete payment
Section titled “Step 4: Complete payment”You’ll be redirected to the GolemDrive dashboard where you can complete checkout through Stripe, a secure payment processor. Enter your payment details and confirm.
Step 5: Start using your new plan
Section titled “Step 5: Start using your new plan”Your upgraded features activate immediately after payment. You’ll see a success page showing your subscription ID for your records.
Cancelling your subscription
Section titled “Cancelling your subscription”You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. When you cancel:
- Your plan stays active until the end of your current billing period.
- After that, your account reverts to the Free plan.
- Your files are not deleted, but if you exceed the Free plan’s 50 GB storage limit, you won’t be able to upload new files until you free up space or resubscribe.
