You’ve earned money from downloads, tips, and subscriptions. Now let’s get it into your bank account.

Payouts go through Stripe

All GolemDrive creator payouts are handled through Stripe Connect. Stripe is the same payment platform used by companies like Shopify, Lyft, and Amazon — your money is in safe hands.

Setting up Stripe Connect

Before you can receive payouts, you need to connect your Stripe account:

1. Go to your Account Settings
2. Find the Payouts section
3. Click Set up Stripe Connect
4. Follow the steps — Stripe will ask for some basic information (name, bank details, tax info depending on your country)
5. Once verified, you’re all set

The setup takes just a few minutes. If you already have a Stripe account, you can connect that one instead of creating a new one.

Minimum payout threshold

There’s a minimum amount you need to earn before a payout is sent. The exact threshold depends on your country — you can check the current minimum in your Creator Dashboard under the Payouts section.

This is standard practice for payment platforms. It keeps transaction costs reasonable and makes sure you’re getting a meaningful payment each time.

When payouts happen

Payouts are processed on a regular schedule. Once your balance passes the minimum threshold, it gets included in the next payout cycle. You don’t need to request a payout manually — it happens automatically.

What you can track

Your Creator Dashboard gives you a clear picture of your money:

• Current balance — how much you’ve earned that hasn’t been paid out yet
• Pending payouts — money that’s been sent but hasn’t arrived in your bank yet
• Payment history — a complete list of every payout, with amounts and dates
• Earnings breakdown — see how much came from downloads, tips, and subscriptions separately

A few things to keep in mind

• GolemDrive takes a 5% platform fee. The amounts you see in your dashboard already have the fee subtracted — what you see is what you get.
• Stripe may have its own processing fees depending on your country and bank. Check Stripe’s documentation for details.
• Keep your Stripe info up to date. If your bank details change, update them in Stripe so your payouts don’t get interrupted.
• Tax responsibilities are yours. GolemDrive doesn’t withhold taxes on your behalf. Keep track of your earnings for tax season — your payment history in the dashboard makes this easy.
